Dutchess Manor is a historic building along NY 9D in the town of Fishkill, New York, between the city of Beacon and Breakneck Ridge. Built around 1867 to 1868 as a country house for grain merchant James Wade and his wife Louisa Van Amburgh Wade, it was designed by architect George E. Harney and is considered one of the most distinctive Hudson Valley buildings in the Second Empire style, with quoined corners and a mansard roof. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, later operated for decades as a restaurant and catering hall, and was purchased in 2020 by the Hudson Highlands Fjord Trail, which plans to adapt it as a visitor center.
