Residential Buildings

The Gen. Jacob Brown Mansion is a two-story limestone house at Brown Boulevard in Brownville, Jefferson County, New York, built between 1811 and 1815 in the Georgian and Federal styles and named for General Jacob Jennings Brown. It is known locally as one of the Stone Houses of Brownville, a group of early nineteenth century limestone buildings.
