Didsbury Campus

Cultural and Institutional Buildings

Didsbury Campus is a group of former university buildings on Wilmslow Road in Didsbury, a suburb of Manchester, England. The oldest building on the site dates to around 1785, and the estate was originally a private residence before becoming part of Manchester Metropolitan University. In 1842 it became a theological college for the Wesleyan Methodist Church, and a chapel built around the same time was later incorporated into the college. The historic buildings on the site are now listed. This description is adapted from Wikipedia contributors under CC BY-SA 4.0; changes were made. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/
