Noah Ogle Place

Residential Buildings

The Noah Bud Ogle Place was a homestead in the Great Smoky Mountains of Sevier County, Tennessee, built in the late nineteenth century by the mountain farmer Noah Bud Ogle and consisting of a cabin, barn and tub mill. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977 and now maintained by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, its saddlebag cabin, four pen barn and operational tub mill are considered characteristic examples of a nineteenth century Southern Appalachian farm; the property is also known as Junglebrook after a later owner's name for the farm.
