Bangor Town Hall, in Bangor, Gwynedd, Wales, was built around 1546, probably for Bishop Arthur Bulkeley, as the bishop palace, and was enlarged in 1810 under Bishop Henry William Majendie. It ceased to be a bishop residence in 1900, and Bangor borough council acquired the building in 1903, converting it into civic offices and formally renaming it Town Hall in 1908. It is a Grade II listed building, designated in 1949, and served local government until 2013. Following a 2.6 million pound restoration supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, it reopened in 2016 as Storiel, housing the Gwynedd Museum and Art Gallery.
