The Jefferson County Alms House, also known as Snow Hill Farm, is a historic building near Leetown, West Virginia, built around 1813 in the Federal style as a private residence for John Hurst, son of the landowner James Hurst. The county purchased the property from the Hurst family in 1857 to use as a farm for the local poor, and it operated as a county infirmary, despite deteriorating conditions recorded by 1931, until its last nine residents were relocated in 1959. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 14, 1995, the building today houses county government agencies.
