Highcombe House, historically spelled High Combe, is a Grade II listed Regency villa at 145 Charlton Road in Charlton, London, built around 1825. It is one of only two surviving structures, alongside Woodlands House, from the historic Westcombe and Eastcombe estates that once stood between Greenwich and Charlton Village, and it now serves as a presbytery and community centre adjacent to Our Lady of Grace Church. The building was added to Historic England's Heritage at Risk Register in 2025 over concerns about its condition and future.
