Levi Wetherbee Farm

Residential Buildings

The Levi Wetherbee Farm, at 484 Middle Road in Boxborough, Massachusetts, centers on a Georgian style farmhouse begun in the mid eighteenth century and enlarged with additions through the nineteenth; the National Register listing dates the house construction to 1784. The 36 acre property keeps rough fieldstone boundary walls, an icehouse of about 1904 moved there from a neighboring farm, and vehicle tracks worn by more than 250 years of agricultural use. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 12, 2006. Entity-backed identity for the building-type enum value this building already carries, resolved to an architecture concept by an explicit value-to-entity map (phase 3 bucket conversion, docs\design_entity_backed_browse_buckets_20260928.md). The building-type fact itself stays on the building unchanged.
