Casa Vicens is a modernist house in the Gracia neighbourhood of Barcelona, Spain, designed by Antoni Gaudi and generally regarded as his first major project. Planned between 1878 and 1880 and built between 1883 and 1885, the house draws on an orientalist, Neo-Mudejar inspired style reinterpreted in Gaudi's own manner, and it was the first building in which he used constructive techniques that later became recurring features of Catalan Modernisme.
