Woodlawn (St. Marys, Maryland)

Residential Buildings

Woodlawn is a historic home at St. Mary's City, St. Mary's County, Maryland. It is a Federal style, two story, five bay frame house with brick ends, two rooms deep, and a gable roof, with a large double exterior chimney at each brick end. It is considered a fully developed example of a Federal period house exhibiting brick ends with frame facades, a hallmark of Southern Maryland's eighteenth century architecture, and it now operates as a bed and breakfast. Has Building Type

Entity-backed identity for the building-type enum value this building already carries, resolved to an architecture concept by an explicit value-to-entity map (phase 3 bucket conversion, docs\design_entity_backed_browse_buckets_20260928.md). The building-type fact itself stays on the building unchanged.
