Woodbourne is a historic plantation house near Forest in Bedford County, Virginia, built in three two story sections representative of Federal period architecture. Its earliest part, the frame east wing, dates to about 1785, the central stuccoed brick section was added about 1810, and the frame west wing followed between about 1815 and 1820. The house has a slate gable roof with a central pediment and exterior end chimneys, and the property also carries a contributing brick office, a weatherboarded cook house and storeroom, a lattice wellhouse, and an icehouse.
