Cobble Villa, also known as Villa Clara, was a historic home built about 1912 at Long Beach in Nassau County, New York. It was a two and a half story, asymmetrical Mediterranean Revival style dwelling of brick and stucco, with an L shaped core, a two story gambrel roofed addition and a one story porte cochere, its multi gabled roofline covered in red terra cotta tile. It was built as the nascent seaside resort's first showpiece and as a demonstration of its developer's vision. Entity-backed identity for the building-type enum value this building already carries, resolved to an architecture concept by an explicit value-to-entity map (phase 3 bucket conversion, docs\design_entity_backed_browse_buckets_20260928.md). The building-type fact itself stays on the building unchanged.
