The Cottages at Central Point are four Victorian summer cottages, named Sans Souci, Marjean Lodge, Villula, and Ultimatum, built by Jephtha A. Potter in the late 1880s on the east shore of Keuka Lake in Wayne, Steuben County, New York. The two story wood frame cottages have steep gable roofs, wide porches, board and batten siding, and decorative stick work, brackets, and balusters. Covering 0.46 acres at 14681-14697 Keuka Village Road, they were listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 20, 2011.
