The Adam Hilton House is a historic stone farmhouse at 6073 Leesome Lane in Guilderland, Albany County, New York, built around 1800 as a two-story stone structure five bays wide with a gable roof. A wood-framed addition and porch were added to the house around 1860. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on November 10, 1982, on a parcel of about 4.2 acres.
