The Alston-DeGraffenried Plantation is a historic property west of Pittsboro in Chatham County, North Carolina, centered on a two-story, five-bay Georgian and Federal style plantation house built through the forced labor of at least eleven enslaved people between about 1810 and 1825, designed by Meleus Broome. The property, which includes the house's elevated brick foundations and hipped roof along with its surrounding agricultural fields, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and had its boundaries expanded in 1993, and is recognized today as a historic district encompassing multiple contributing structures and landscape features.
