Ames Hitchens Chicken Farm was a historic home and farm near Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. It comprised a two-story wood-frame dwelling with a gable front and two long, one-story, flat-roofed buildings used as chicken houses, and it was the last such structure still standing within the Indian River Nanticoke Indian Association community.
