Canterbury Castle, also known as Arlington Castle, was a private house in southwest Portland, Oregon, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built between 1929 and 1931 to a design by architect Jeter O. Frye, who shaped its exterior to resemble England's Canterbury Castle while giving its interior the Art Deco styling fashionable in 1920s Hollywood. The house included castle features such as a moat, a drawbridge and a turret, and it drew paying tourists almost as soon as it was completed.
