The Episcopal Palace in Porto, Portugal, is the residence of the bishops of Porto, standing on high ground beside Porto Cathedral within the UNESCO listed historic centre of the city. Building began in 1737 and was completed in the late 18th century in a late Baroque and Rococo style, with a monumental stairway attributed to Nicolau Nasoni as its most notable interior feature. It served as the residence of the bishops until the 19th century and later as the seat of the Municipality of Porto from 1916 to 1956.
