The Ethan Flagg House-Blessed Sacrament Monastery, at 23 Park Avenue in Yonkers, Westchester County, New York, began as an 1855 Italian Villa and Neo-Romanesque house built for the Yonkers industrialist Ethan Flagg by architects J. and G. Stewart and John B. Clermont; it is a two story, five bay brick building with a square cupola and a wooden front porch. The Sacramentine order of nuns bought the house in 1915 and added a four story brick monastery building with an octagonal cupola in 1922, followed by a 1954 addition connecting the original house and the monastery. The academy the nuns ran there closed in 1975 and the nuns left in 1991; since 1996 the complex, 1.6 acres in all, has served as a medical and social service center for people with HIV run by the Greyston Foundation. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 12, 1998.
