Fairchild Mansion

Fairchild Mansion is a three-story brick Queen Anne house at 318 Main Street in Oneonta, New York, built in 1867 and enlarged and modernized in 1897 and 1915 for its owner, George W. Fairchild. The house is marked by a turret, gables, a pedimented entrance porch and porte cochere, and a roof of Celadon Terra Cotta Company tile. The Oneonta Masonic Lodge took over the building in 1929. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and is also a contributing property of the Oneonta Downtown Historic District.
