Fairfield Plantation, also known as the Lynch House, is a historic plantation house in Charleston County, South Carolina, about five miles east of McClellanville near the Santee River. Built around 1730 in the Georgian style, the clapboard house sits on a raised basement with central porches supported by Doric columns on both its front and rear elevations. The property remained in the Pinckney family for more than two hundred years and stands near the neighboring Wedge and Harrietta plantations. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
