Fazenda Velha is a preserved historic site in the municipality of Telemaco Borba, in the Brazilian state of Parana, centered on a colonial-style mansion that once served as headquarters of the Monte Alegre Farm, also called Fazenda do Alegre, along with smaller surviving structures such as an old water tank. Its oldest sections have rammed-earth walls, and the property was once owned by Bonifacio Jose Batista, a federalist military officer known as the Baron of Monte Carmelo, before being modified during a Franco-Brazilian enterprise in the 1920s. The Klabin Group, which acquired the property in 1934 and operates a paper industry in the region, now preserves the site as a heritage location open to the public by appointment.
