Festival Hotel Festac Lagos is a mixed-use hotel, residential and retail complex on the Lagos-Badagry Expressway in the Festac area of Lagos, Nigeria. The Nigerian government originally built it as apartments for Second Republic legislators before it was converted into the Durbar Hotel, which opened in 1982 as one of West Africa's largest hotels with 520 rooms; the property was later rebranded Golden Tulip Festac under Groupe du Louvre management and, in 2018, renamed Festival Hotel Festac Lagos under Premium Swiss Hospitality. Today the complex combines the four-star hotel with The Residences, a 192-unit residential tower opened in 2016, and Festival Mall, a retail center anchored by Shoprite, serving the Amuwo-Odofin area as a hospitality and commercial hub.
