Hacienda Azucarera La Esperanza is a former 917 hectare sugarcane plantation located in the Manati river valley in the municipality of Manati, Puerto Rico. Founded in the 1830s, it had become one of the largest sugar plantations on the island by the 1860s, and it remained operational from 1830 to 1880.
