The Heermance House and Law Office is a historic property in Rhinecliff, Dutchess County, New York, whose main cottage was built about 1858 in the Picturesque Italianate style with a broad verandah, ornamental brackets, and pierced woodwork, and a long two-story rear wing. The 1.3-acre property also carries a small Gothic-influenced clapboard law office built around 1886 and a garage from about 1900, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 9, 1987.
