Historical Monument No. 157, popularly known as HM157, is an 1886 Victorian house at 3110 North Broadway in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, also called the Horace P. Dibble House. It is listed on the California Historical Landmark list in recognition of its age and its place among the neighborhood's surviving Victorian-era residences. In 2007 the house was converted into a do-it-yourself arts and music venue that became a center of the local creative community, before a fire in 2015 damaged much of the property.
