Hoffman Farm is a historic farm complex at Keedysville in Washington County, Maryland, comprising an 1840s Greek Revival brick dwelling, adjacent brick slave quarters, a Federal-style stone springhouse built around 1810, a frame wagon shed, a log hog barn and a frame forebay bank barn. During the Battle of Antietam on September 17, 1862, and for the following month, the farm's buildings and grounds served as a Civil War field hospital, with more than 800 men treated there.
