Horne Creek Farm is a historic farm near Pinnacle, Surry County, North Carolina, operated by the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources as a North Carolina State Historic Site depicting farm life in the northwest Piedmont around 1900. The site includes the late 19th century Hauser Farmhouse, furnished to reflect the 1900 to 1910 era, along with supporting outbuildings, and it raises animal breeds common in the early 20th century. It also holds the Southern Heritage Apple Orchard, preserving about 800 trees across roughly 400 heritage apple varieties, and a visitor center with exhibits, a gift shop and offices.
