Houck Farmhouse is a historic home in Guilderland, Albany County, New York, built circa 1850. It is a two-story frame farmhouse with a one-and-a-half-story ell in the Greek Revival style, the ell featuring eyebrow windows and an enclosed pedimented portico. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
