Jewel Changi Airport is a multi-use terminal complex attached to Singapore's Changi Airport, designed by the architect Moshe Safdie and opened in April 2019. Its glass and steel toroidal dome roof encloses the Rain Vortex, billed as the world's tallest indoor waterfall at about 40 meters, which falls through the center of a terraced indoor forest called the Shiseido Forest Valley planted with thousands of trees and shrubs. Beyond its retail and dining space, the building also connects directly to three of the airport's passenger terminals, functioning as both a landscaped public attraction and a piece of airport transit infrastructure.
