Lebanon Plantation

Lebanon Plantation is a historic estate of more than 500 acres on the Lower Coastal Plain southwest of Savannah, Georgia, whose main house was built by George W. Anderson starting in 1804 and was rebuilt and enlarged after the Civil War, with a major restoration finished in 1873. The house is described in the plantation plain form, combining a Greek Revival core with later Neo-Classical verandas. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, remains privately owned as a working farm closed to the public, and today also hosts a small ginger and spice production business on its grounds.
