The Liaoning Broadcast and Television Tower is a 305.5-metre freestanding communications tower in Shenyang, China, built in 1989 to serve the broadcasting needs of Liaoning province. The tower carries both an indoor observation deck and an outdoor viewing platform near its top, along with a rotating restaurant and a small bar housed within the tower's disk-shaped upper section. It is a member of the World Federation of Great Towers, the international association of major observation and telecommunication towers, and it remains one of the tallest structures in northeastern China, continuing to serve as a transmission site for regional radio and television broadcasters based in Shenyang.
