Maison de Jeanne

Maison de Jeanne is a fifteenth century house standing in Severac-le-Chateau, in the Aveyron department of France. It takes its name from Jeanne, the last owner of the building known by name, and is thought to be one of the oldest surviving houses in Aveyron. Its distinctive appearance comes from its upper floors, which were built noticeably larger than the ground floor, giving the building a top heavy profile rising from a comparatively small footprint.
