Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort fronting Marina Bay in Singapore and a landmark of the city, designed by Moshe Safdie on a 20 hectare site. At its opening in 2010 it was deemed the world's most expensive standalone casino property, at roughly 6.88 billion US dollars, and it includes a 1,850 room hotel, a large convention facility, a luxury shopping mall, an ArtScience museum and a casino. Its three towers are topped by the Sands Skypark, a 340 meter skyway connecting them that carries a 150 meter infinity pool set on the world's largest public cantilevered platform, overhanging the north tower by 66.5 meters.
