The New Hampshire Farm Museum is a farm museum on White Mountain Highway in Milton, New Hampshire, in the United States, presenting three centuries of New Hampshire rural life in a historic farmhouse. The museum includes a 104 foot long, three story great barn holding a collection of agricultural machinery, farm tools, sleighs and wagons, along with live farm animals, a nature trail and a museum shop. It occupies the former Plumer-Jones Farm, a traditional series of connected buildings whose farmhouse dates to the late 18th century and whose barns date to the mid 19th century; the property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
