Reims Cathedral, known in French as Notre-Dame de Reims, is a Catholic cathedral in Reims, France, and the seat of the Archdiocese of Reims. Dedicated to the Virgin Mary, it was the traditional site of the coronation of the kings of France and is considered one of the most important works of Gothic architecture. It was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991.
