The Samuel Gwinn Plantation is a historic plantation in Lowell, West Virginia, established in the late eighteenth century, with secondary structures such as a meat curing house dating to the 1770s. The main house was built around 1868 in a Greek Revival and Italianate style, credited to architect Silas F. Taylor. The roughly 3.8 acre property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989 as a historic district.
