Villa Welgelegen is a historic building in Haarlem, the Netherlands, that today houses the offices of the provincial executive of North Holland. Standing at the north end of a public park in the city, it is a notable example of neoclassical architecture designed by the architect Abraham van der Hart, a style unusual for a building of its kind in the Netherlands.
