Washington Bottom Farm

Washington Bottom Farm, also known as Ridgedale, Ridge Dale, and the George W. Washington House and Farm, is a 19th century Greek Revival plantation house and farm on a plateau overlooking the South Branch Potomac River north of Romney, West Virginia. Built in 1835, the house was the residence of gentleman farmer George William Washington, a descendant of George Washington's great-great-grandfather Reverend Lawrence Washington, and the farm remains a private residence today.
