The Llambias House, also known as the Fernandez-Llambias House, is a historic house at 31 Saint Francis Street in St. Augustine, Florida. It was built at some point before 1763 and is one of the few houses in Florida to survive from the first period of Spanish Florida. It is a two-story building of plastered coquina limestone under a dormered hip roof, with a wooden balcony over the street front and a coquina kitchen in an outbuilding. When Spain turned Florida over to Great Britain in 1763 the house was already standing as a single-story structure following the St. Augustine plan, a design the Spanish developed for the local heat and humidity. Juan Andreu added the second floor in 1777 and 1778. The Llambias family owned it from 1854 until 1919, it was given to the city in 1954 and restored, and it was designated a National Historic Landmark on April 15, 1970. The St. Augustine Historical Society now manages it as an event venue.
