Willy Nelle Villa

Residential Buildings

The Willy Nelle Villa is an eclectic villa at 3 Slowackiego Street in the Niebuszewo-Bolinko district of Szczecin, Poland, built in 1880 for developer Emil Otto. The three-story building combines eclectic and Renaissance Revival elements, with an ornate facade carrying Ionic and Corinthian engaged columns and acanthus-leaf decoration, and an interior ceiling painted with Bacchanalia scenes. Damaged by a fallen roof in October 2017, it was restored between March 2018 and April 2020, and it has held protected cultural property status in Poland since 1997. Has Building Type

Villa, Concepts

Entity-backed identity for the building-type enum value this building already carries, resolved to an architecture concept by an explicit value-to-entity map (phase 3 bucket conversion, docs\design_entity_backed_browse_buckets_20260928.md). The building-type fact itself stays on the building unchanged.
