Standing 1,396 feet, or 425.5 meters, tall, it is part of Billionaires' Row and holds some of the most expensive residences in the city, with median units selling from 10.5 to 90 million dollars. At its completion in 2015 it was the third tallest building in the United States and the tallest residential building in the world; as of 2025 it is the sixth tallest building in the United States, the fifth tallest in New York City, and the third tallest residential building in the world.
