Gran Torre Costanera is a 300-meter, 62-story office skyscraper at Avenida Andres Bello 2457 in the Providencia district of Santiago, Chile, designed by the Chilean firm Alemparte Barreda y Asociados with Argentine architect Cesar Pelli of Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and Canadian firm Watt International, and completed in 2013. It is the tallest building in South America and the second-tallest in Latin America, and ranks among the five tallest buildings in the Southern Hemisphere. The tower anchors the larger Costanera Center complex, and its Sky Costanera observation deck, occupying its top two floors, opened to the public in 2015.
