The Amelung House and Glassworks is a historic home at Urbana, in Frederick County, Maryland, a two story late Georgian brick house on a stone foundation built about 1785. The property once carried the New Bremen glassworks built by Johann Friedrich Amelung after he arrived in Maryland in 1784, though no above ground remains of the factory survive; examples of New Bremen glass are held today by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Corning Museum of Glass, and the Winterthur Museum. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
