The Anheuser-Busch Brewery is a Romanesque style brewery complex at 721 Pestalozzi Street in St. Louis, Missouri, opened in 1852 by the German immigrant Adolphus Busch. The roughly 142 acre National Historic Landmark District, designated in 1966, encompasses 189 red brick buildings including the ornate Brew House of 1891 to 1892 with its hop shaped chandeliers and ironwork, and the site is also home to the Budweiser Clydesdale horses.
