The Auld-McCobb House is a brick Federal-style house on Oak Street in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, built in 1807 as the town's oldest brick residence for merchants Jacob Auld and Joseph McCobb, whose fishing, shipbuilding and mercantile businesses funded its construction, reportedly on the occasion of McCobb's marriage to Auld's sister. The double house rises two stories on a rubblestone foundation beneath a hipped roof, its six-bay front symmetrically arranged with simple trim; builder John Leishman Jr. is traditionally credited with its construction. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
