The CCTV Headquarters is a 51 floor skyscraper of two conjoined towers on the East Third Ring Road in the Beijing Central Business District, serving as headquarters for China Central Television and ranking as the world's tenth largest office building. Rem Koolhaas and Ole Scheeren of OMA were the architects in charge, with Cecil Balmond of Arup providing the complex engineering design.
