The Domaine of Villarceaux is a historic estate in Chaussy, in the Val-d'Oise department of France, about 65 kilometers northwest of Paris, with origins in an 11th-century castle. A manor house and French water garden were added in the 17th century, and an 18th-century chateau built in the style of Louis XV completes the ensemble alongside its gardens and park. Classified a historic monument of France since 1941, the domaine is managed under a 99-year agreement between the Regional Council of the Ile-de-France and the Fondation Charles Leopold Mayer, the property's owners, and functions today as a cultural venue.
