The Dr. Christopher S. Best House and Office is a two-story, flat-roofed, frame Italianate dwelling built in 1884 at 34 Clauverwie Street in Middleburgh, Schoharie County, New York. It was enlarged and modified through a series of renovations between 1890 and 1912, and the property also includes a frame carriage barn and garage. The house now operates as a medical history museum displaying Civil War artifacts, railroad memorabilia, telephone items, bottles, automotive items, clothing, quilts and period medical equipment, with summer tours open to the public. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 15, 2001.
