DuBois Stone House

The DuBois Stone House is a Colonial-style house at 347 West Main Street in Catskill, New York, built in 1762 by Huybartus DuBois and Cornelius DuBois, sons of Benjamin DuBois, one of the area's original white settlers. After the DuBois family's ownership ended, the building served institutional purposes including a brick company property, a school district facility, and in the 1940s a home economics classroom, before becoming administrative offices. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on November 22, 1995, and had returned to use as a private residence by 2008.
